Leonard is small in stature, uses a wheelchair and his body is different. But he lives independently and has a strong charisma and goals that sometimes seem to go beyond his physical capabilities and yet are still achievable.

Director Ira Tondowski shows Leonard’s energy, charisma and talent for communication in everyday, professional and private situations and juxtaposes these observations with stylized, thoughtful scenes in which Leonard recalls moments from his childhood to footage from his family archive and talks about his body image.
