FOR WHOM I MIGHT DIE
19 Min (GER/AT) 2016 – 5.1
An elderly woman says farewell; from the perspective of her house: strange, rigid views, which devotionally, almost tenderly record her as she tends to final matters, outside. Until the garden is suddenly populated by strangers, and the windows are closed. An artistic philosophical reflection on death and the off, with the potential, in terms of aesthetics and meaning, of a window: as an eye, as a membrane between inside and outside, as a frame, as a picture, as a representation of an imaginary space, not completely enigmatic, but tangible in ist presence.
